This page lists tag name prefixes which are either in use or have been reserved for use by different countries and organizations. If your organization wishes to extend OFX and you have a registered prefix, please use the tag prefix registered to your organization. If you do not have a registered prefix, please register your organization and prefix by contacting ofxinfo@ofx.net.

To choose a prefix, the simplest approach is to use one's own stock ticker symbol. If your organization is not public you can choose any prefix that does not match another company's ticker symbol.
